Chloe Rolls Over

First, I feel like I should tell y'all that the only reason I've been blogging so much is because I didn't have to watch our neighbors' kids last week. At least I think that's why I've been posting so much. I anticipate that things will slow down after this weekend.

Second, I know for sure now that we will never, ever, ever have our own reality show. The videos we take are probably sooooo boring for most of you. I will continue to post them for two reasons:

1. so Shorty and Pop don't miss anything.
2. so Mark and I can look back and smile.

Anywho, I've probably mentioned (numerous times) that Chloe was rolling over her first week home from the hospital. I have video but I don't think I've ever posted it. She either forgot how to roll over or her head got so heavy she couldn't. Nevertheless, she has figured it out again. I noticed yesterday when she woke herself up from her nap by rolling onto her tummy. Then last night, she woke herself up at 2 a.m. because she had done it again.

This morning we where hanging out in our bed and she rolled from back-to-tummy and then her back again. I haven't been able to get the tummy-to-back on tape but here is the back-to-tummy roll.

This video is rather long. If you want to skip right to her rolling over, fast forward about 7 minutes into the video. The rest is just her attempts at rolling and I feel like cutting it out would undermine all the hard work she did to accomplish such a feat.

  1. So glad you got it all on video. It's too bad we didn't have them back when you were babies. She is learning so much. Josh watched it with me. He got a real kick out of watching Chloe work so hard.

  2. Oh what fun to capture this on your camera. I love the personality she displays in sounds. She is " SMART". You have in writing now. Glad you spend special time with her. She is a doll.

  4. Yay, Chloe! Now if you can teach Nadine with the back to tummy bit, that would be great. Haha. Cheers! :)
