The Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF...this toy is totally worth the money and I haven't even learned how to use it properly, yet.
The post office delivered it today around 3pm. I took a few quick photos of Chloe and then I had to clean. I'm so happy with the few that I took! The nice thing about this lens is that I can take photos of Chloe indoors without having to use my flash! I'm not going to get into the logistics of it because this is not a photography blog and I am (OBVIOUSLY) not a photographer. But, here are my first few shots with the new lens.

Hooray for no flash! I can't wait to perfect my shots with this new lens. Now, if you'll excuse me...the baby is asleep and I want to spend some quality time with my hubby. AND, bastard blogger is making it difficult to upload photos. I don't have time for Blogger's nonsense right now. GRRRR.
Cool! These are great photos...of course you have the best subject to photograph.

ReplyDeleteI use it to shoot 95% of the time. Indoor pictures are so much easier with it b/c you can open it up so much more than the kit lens! :)
